On Wednesday, April 1, the USC Glorya Kaufman School of Dance and the USC Center on Public Diplomacy hosted Yuanyuan Wang, Artistic Director of Beijing Dance Theater, for a conversation on dance as a process of discovery with an inherently diplomatic effect. Wang was joined by Dr. Julia M. Ritter, Dean of USC Kaufman, and Jennifer Bellah Maguire, Board Chair of Los Angeles Ballet, for a wide-ranging discussion on creativity and the ways artistry functions as an international language.
