The USC Glorya Kaufman School of Dance will host several days of exciting free admission events in New York City, November 7–10, 2024.

Prospective college students will have the opportunity to experience technique classes taught by Kaufman faculty. Admissions staff will also provide information sessions about our BFA in Dance program and dance minors.

Join USC Kaufman at STEPS on Broadway for a free open level contemporary masterclass taught by Kaufman Associate Professor of Practice (Contemporary, Modern, Dance and Health) Patrick Corbin. An overview/Q&A of our BFA program led by Assistant Dean of Admissions and Student Affairs Daveon Swan will follow the class. This class is open to all high school students.

New York Live Arts: Discover USC Event, Day #1

Join USC Kaufman at New York Live Arts for free open level technique classes taught by Kaufman faculty members Jackie Kopcsak, Patrick Corbin, and Shannon Grayson. Kaufman will also host information sessions about our BFA and Minor program for guardians with the opportunity to connect with USC Assistant Dean of Admissions and Student Affairs, Daveon Swan. The program is open to all high school students and their guardians. 

This day-long event mirrors a day-in-the-life of a typical Kaufman student. Participants will be expected to stay for the day and engage in all activities. Please choose one date — November 9 or November 10 — as it is the same schedule both days.
