Discover USC On-Campus Open House

Are you a prospective student interested in USC Kaufman’s Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance? There is no better way to learn about our program than to visit campus!

If you are looking for a well-rounded experience, join us for the Discover USC On-Campus Open House on Sunday, October 30. This all-day event includes admission and financial aid presentations, campus tours, an academic fair, and more!

During this university-wide program, USC Kaufman will offer master classes with faculty, tours of the Glorya Kaufman International Dance Center, opportunities to connect with current BFA students, and information sessions led by the school’s Director of Admission & Student Services.

General Activities

9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Financial Aid Sessions (hourly)
9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Admission Info Sessions (hourly)
9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. – Campus Walking Tours (regularly)
11:00 a.m. & 3:00 p.m. – USC Student Panel
11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. – Academic & Student Life Interest Fair

USC Kaufman Sessions

An information session and two master classes will be offered during each academic session. Master classes are listed below. Each student may only register for and attend up to TWO master classes. Reservations are required. Walk-ins will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Session I – 10:00 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.
a) USC Kaufman: The New Movement with Anne Aubert-Santelli, Director of Admission, and current BFA students
b) Contemporary & Repertory with Jennifer Lott
c) Hip-Hop with d. Sabela Grimes

Session II – 1:30 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.
a) USC Kaufman: The New Movement with Anne Aubert-Santelli, Director of Admission, and current BFA students
b) Ballet with Thomas McManus
c) Contemporary & Repertory with Jennifer Lott

Session III – 3:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.
a) USC Kaufman: The New Movement with Anne Aubert-Santelli, Director of Admission, and current BFA students
b) Jazz with Saleemah E. Knight
c) Forsythe Repertory with Thomas McManus

Registration

First, RSVP for the event on the USC Office of Admission website.

Second, register for up to two master classes (at different times). In the event that you do not get your first choice, please check back to cancellations.
