An international applicant is an individual of foreign nationality who will be entering, or who has already entered, the United States with a student visa. Students already residing in the United States and holding other non-immigrant visas are also considered international students.
International applicants have additional admission requirements for USC, but follow the same application steps as other first-year applicants or transfer applicants.
- USC Undergraduate Application, via the Common Application. First-year students should select “Regular Decision”. Be sure to select dance as one of your intended majors.
- USC Kaufman Portfolio for First-Year Applicants or Transfer Applicants on SlideRoom, which is accessed through the Common Application
In addition to the USC Undergraduate Application and the USC Kaufman Portfolio, international applicants must also submit additional requirements for the university, such as the results of an English proficiency examination (i.e. TOEFL) and documentation of financial support.
