Isabella Caso grew up in Los Angeles, California and started dancing at the age of two. She attended the Debbie Allen Dance Academy, where she trained in many styles including Flamenco, tap, hip-hop, Horton, ballet, jazz, contemporary, Graham and Dunham.  As she matured technically and artistically, she attended the Marat Daukayev School of Ballet where she performed classical ballets including The Nutcracker. In 2017, she graduated from Los Angeles County High School for the Arts with a concentration in dance, working with legendary teachers such as Don Martin, who set Lestor Horton work and Fiona Lummis, who set Jiří Kylián and Hans Van Mannen repertory.

Upon graduating from high school, Isabella’s professional career began in New York City when she was invited to be a trainee with Complexions Contemporary Ballet from 2017-2018. During her time with the company, she toured professionally and performed Dwight Rhoden’s Ballad Unto, Stardust, Gutter Glitter and the world premiere Duo.

Currently, Caso is pursuing her BFA in Dance at the USC Glorya Kaufman School of Dance. Isabella is in her senior year, and has performed works by George Balanchine, Paul Taylor and Merce Cunningham. She has also been inspired by working with William Forsythe, Jodie Gates, Doug Varone, Barak Marshall, Bret Easterling, Saleemah E. Knight and Dwight Rhoden.

Isabella has also found fulfillment in becoming a certified GYROTONIC® trainer and is currently working on her GYROKINESIS® certification. This has allowed her to implement aspects of her business minor, through creating a sole proprietorship, Kinesthetic Medic, which is the name she teaches under.
