Placentia, CA

BFA Class of 2029

Where did you train?

At the age of 7, I grew up within the Hip Hop community as part of Culture Shock LA—immersing myself in battles, cyphers, and more. At 13, I began training and competing alongside GRaVy Babies (Offstage by GRV). I also spent my 7th through 12th grade years training at the Orange County School of the Arts under the Commercial Dance Conservatory.

What inspires you?

I’m inspired by those who continue to push the boundaries of dance. To use it as a tool to move communities, to change the world. I’m amazed by its influence on people’s emotions. Whether that be joy or despair, I find it unexplainably beautiful. I’m inspired by the times art has simply made me feel. It’s a special force when dance is woven together with other art forms. I love transcending the beauty of life through movement. I’m constantly inspired by artist who bring me into their world. I get super excited imagining how far dance can go!

Describe yourself in three words.

Playful. Impulsive. Ambitious.

Tell us a fun fact about you.

I catch wild bursts of obsession for new hobbies—golf, Muay Thai, and basketball are some notable ones. I was so committed on going to the NBA.

What does it mean to be a part of USC Kaufman?

It’s truly an honor to be in the presence of people who show up for dance every single day—artists who bring unique perspectives and backgrounds.Their hearts light on fire when they move. That kind of energy is rare to find, and it’s unreal that it fills this beautiful space every day. This is a legacy I’m blessed to be a part of.
