Where did you train?

I grew up in Houston, where I started dancing at the Houston Ballet. When I moved to Austin, I danced at Dance Discovery before switching to Dance Institute, where I credit most of my training.

What inspires you?

I’m inspired by the power of dance as a universal language. I believe that through unique and expressive movement, we communicate beyond cultural, social, and language differences. I hope to bring this awareness throughout my dance journey.

I love jewelry making.

What does it mean to be a part of USC Kaufman?

I will be amongst a community of incredibly talented individuals who consistently inspire me by their work. I am confident it will support my journey of self-discovery as a person and dancer. It’s a place that will push me beyond my comfort zone to help me pursue things I can only dream of. USC’s tight-knit community provides a strong support network for the years to come. I am endlessly grateful to be a part of Kaufman.
