Guthier’s senior project, SandBox, exemplifies his interest in multimedia work. Both physical and digital elements surround his work in choreography. Guthier currently lives in New York, continuing his research in this vein as a working artist. Above all, he hopes that his collaborators always feel appreciated, that they are not denied their subjectivity.
“I aim to honor the life I’ve been given by sharing the beauty of the arts with others,” he said.
