Benjamin Peralta’s love for dance started early. His mother was a dancer, and his own journey began in a preschool dance class, where movement quickly became a language of its own. Now in his third season with Ballet BC, he’s not only refining his artistry but also figuring out who he is both on and off the stage.

“Something that I’m still learning is how there’s always room to dive deeper,” Peralta shares with the Straight. “Once you think you’ve hit the bottom, dig more. You haven’t. There’s always room to investigate your artistry, your own voice as a dancer.”
