On Sunday, October 20, 2024, the USC Glorya Kaufman School of Dance will open its doors to all prospective applicants and parents for an opportunity to experience our dance technique classes and learn more about our program.

Join us for Discover USC, an all-day, university-wide, on-campus event that offers prospective students a glimpse into various schools on campus. This one-of-a-kind event features admission and financial aid presentations, campus tours, and an academic fair. 

Our world-renowned faculty at USC Kaufman will lead master classes in an array of styles ranging from Ballet to Hip Hop, underscoring the expansive artistry and far-reaching hybridity that comes with being a Kaufman dance-artist. 

The event will also be punctuated with tours of the magnificent Glorya Kaufman International Dance Center and several opportunities to connect and engage with current BFA students and admissions staff. 

Technique Courses for Students:

• 10:00-11:20 AM: Ballet (Patrick Corbin), Contemporary (Holley Farmer), Hip Hop (Shannon Grayson)
• 11:30 AM-12:50 PM: Ballet (Patrick Corbin), Jazz (Saleemah E. Knight), Hip Hop (Shannon Grayson)

*Students may take one technique course during each time block. All sessions will be held at the Glorya Kaufman School of Dance. 

Students & Guardians:

• 2:00-3:00 PM: Information Session & Building Tours
